Interlibrary Loan Systems
- Discussion of interlibrary loan electronic delivery systems: Odyssey, Ariel, Faxing, Email and Mail
- Odyssey is a free software download from http://www.atlas-sys.com/products/odyssey/ and doesn't cost like Ariel to use the software.
Electronic and Print Version
- Discussed use of electronic journals for lending when library owns both print and electronic copies
Delivery Service
- Discussed new delivery service.
- No one reported have problems with the new service.
- To ease delivery attach ½ sheet of paper to item using a rubber band is helpful to keep sheet of paper and item from getting separated in shipping
- This lead to a discussion of updating our ILL forms an updated form was presented to the group and discussed.
