[Moving Mountains] fees for delivery

Hi All,

I'm going to be writing up an article about the fees charged to libraries
for their delivery service (when provided by a consortium). I am writing to
ask you to tell me what you know about this including what you do and what
you know others do.

Specifically, I'd like to know if your consortium includes interlibrary
delivery among its services to members and if so, whether that is a service
that members have to pay extra for (or which you've figured into the
membership fee in some way).

I'm also interested in how you do cost sharing if you charge your libraries
for delivery - what is your strategy? And if you have information about
actual costs versus what you charge consortia members, that would be very
useful too.

Please call me at (707) 763-6869 or send me an email with your info (or
email me to call you for info) so I can start collecting this data.

If you're willing to share the information but would like to remain
anonymous, just let me know. I'll share the article with people on the
list, when it is complete.

Thanks,

Lori
