I doubt anyone uses DHL. The one library I'm aware of that did had trouble getting them to actually meet their 2nd day delivery promise and now uses Fedex or UPS. So talk to any of the GWLA ILL people. http://gwla.org/committees/ill.html has a list of names and emails. Columbia University uses it exclusively and others use UPS (and some FedEx) mixed in with other services. They are exploring UPS CampusShip statewide. One region is already using it and others are looking into it. NY has a state contract with UPS also so their prices are pretty good. Penelope Klein is the head of the Syracuse regional system that is currently leading the trial of the CampusShip program. Her UPS contact is Thomas O'Brien (866) 285-3610. At least it was last time I heard.
