[Moving Mountains] Libraries using UPS, Fed Ex, etc.

Hi,

 

I'm looking to talk to libraries that are using for-profit, national
providers like UPS, Fed Express, DHL who delivery to other libraries or
directly to homes.   Does anyone know any contacts I can speak to?
