Val:
All GWLA libraries deliver loans to each other with a guaranteed 2nd day
delivery so all of them would use FedEx or UPS. I doubt anyone uses DHL. The
one library I'm aware of that did had trouble getting them to actually meet
their 2nd day delivery promise and now uses Fedex or UPS. So talk to any of
the GWLA ILL people.
