Valerie - If you are looking into this for libraries in Colorado specifical=
ly, the State of Colorado already has a discounted contract with UPS and/or=
FedEx. Any public library, academic library etc. is eligible for the stat=
e contract discount. You might ask the Colorado State Library about it and=
/or check the State of Colorado website.

Hi,

 =

I'm looking to talk to libraries that are using for-profit, national provid=
ers like UPS, Fed Express, DHL who delivery to other libraries or directly =
to homes. Does anyone know any contacts I can speak to?

Thanks, Valerie
