I believe that Bruce Smith of the South Central Library System does some
consulting outside his normal job. While we have not used him in this
capacity, we have discussed many delivery issues with him and found him
to be an "expert." He could probably provide references. His info follows:
Bruce Smith
Delivery Coordinator
South Central Library System
1601 Gilson Street
Madison, WI 53715-2127
voice: (608) 266-4695
fax: (608) 266-4881
e-mail: bsmith at scls.lib.wi.us
web site: http://www.sclsdelivery.info
Please let me know if you have any questions,
Greg
