I have been asked to set deadlines for submitting information.  

 

Please send all documents by June 1st or sooner if you can.

If you are volunteering to write a section that is on the site or one
that isn't and you're recommending it, please let me know that by May
21st, and have copy to me buy June 15th.  vhorton at clicweb.org

 

We want to introduce this site at the ALA annual program on new trends
in physical delivery.  (Mark your calendar - Sunday 8 -10am).   Watch
for more PR on this program on this listserv.

Hi all,

 

We've got the prototype up for the Physical Delivery Best Practices web
site as promised from the Moving Mountain conference.   It includes
links and maps of existing library couriers, a bibliography, a blog, and
lots of places in need of your help!

You will quickly see we are still in BETA on this web site.  We need
contents before it goes public (all the red notes will go away).  The
sooner you send me your information or volunteer to write a section, the
sooner we can public.   If possible, send URL's for any online
information (tutorial, manual, pr, etc.) or courier links.  

It's really exciting to be this close to the public release of the first
ever web-site dedicated to physical delivery.   Forward this to anyone
you know who deals with physical delivery.
