First, Greg Pronevitz notes on the ALA ICAN Discussion Group has lots of great information about  Massachusetts' plan for a central automated sorting hub.

The second blog is about David Massie's (OCLC) amazing PowerPoint on how to reduce the environmental impact on ILL and Delivery.  He has amazing data and very helpful recommendations.
