[Moving Mountains] Bins with Bales

Hi Lori,

Marin County is using that model of bin.  Overall it is probably our best
option.  However, the drivers are reporting that the bin is a little more
fragile and cracks more easily when cold.  If it cracks in Marin cold
weather I'd hate to think about performance in a snowy climate.  It may be
that we will have no choice but to move to this style.  If we do we will
need to replace all 200+ bins on one circuit as the two styles don't stack
well together.

Annette,

 

Looks for "stack and nest totes" and you'll find products that will allow
you to stack them (without needing lids) and to nest them (by rotating them
by 180 degrees) without the need for the metal flip-down piece.
