In our frenzied world we need to be reminded of the importance of humor in helping us lead stress-free, healthy and productive lives

Bonny Bonar, Eduational Development Coordinator/Microsoft Specialist, Office of Professional and Organizational Development at Northern Kentucky University, will speak about "Inbox Zero and Get Organized and Productive--Using Microsoft Outlook"

Glen Horton, Technology coordinator for SWON Librarie, will speak about "Getting Results with Google."

Erin Smith, Interlibrary Loan Specialist at NKU, and Sidnie Reed, Head of Interlibrary Loan at Xavier University, will speak about "ILL Basics."
